Innsaei

InnSæi (pronounced 'in-sy-eh') is the Icelandic word for intuition. It means the sea within (the flow of our unconscious mind), to see within (how we introspect), and to see from the inside out (how we navigate the world).

We live in a world dominated by an overload of information, workplace burnout and the continuing effects of climate change. It's easy to feel lost, disconnected or without a purpose.

Blending science and ancient wisdom, Hrund Gunnsteinsdóttir explains how honing intuition and aligning with the sea within will improve your leadership and choices; learning to see within will improve your self-awareness, tolerance and welcome creativity back into your life; and seeing from the inside out will empower you to make tangible changes to your life and your environment.

We all have InnSæi and it is up to us to fully activate it. Exploring and connecting with your InnSæi today is the first step in living a more fulfilled life in times of uncertainty.
