Þráinn's restaurant ÓX was recently awarded a Michelin star.
The Sumac cookbook is adorned with gorgeous photographs by Heiðdís Guðbjörg Gunnarsdóttir and is translated from Icelandic by Katrín Sif Einarsdóttir.
